Caz’s Easy Cornbread
Sometimes the dishes people remember don’t require a lot of time or ingredients. First up was his Easy Cornbread which he used for his cornbread dressing.

Caz’s Easy Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2c Self-rising Cornmeal 
- 1c milk 
- 2 egg (beaten) 
- 1/4c oil 
- 1 Tbsp bacon fat 
Preparation:
- Preheat 8x8 pan to 425⁰ in oven with bacon fat. 
- Add all other ingredients to mixing bowl. 
- All fat to cool slightly and add into mixture and incorporate.
