Easy Creamy Mustard Dip

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1.5 Tbsp butter

  • 2 Tbsp (plus more if desired) mustard of choice

  • 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk

  • heavy pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Set a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Whisk in the flour, and let this cook a few minutes or until the flour looks slightly darker

  2. Add the salt and evaporated milk and whisk to remove clumps. Let this simmer about 7 minutes or until it is reduced, and you can see streaks when stirring.

  3. Stir in your favorite mustard, and enjoy!
