“Frying Up” Basics
Fried Cod & Catfish
- Method : season Cornmeal with seasonings of choice , rinse Fish and coat with Seasoned cornmeal . 
- Place into hot oil and Cook until done. 
Fried Chicken Tenders & Potato Wedges
- Method: Season Flour with seasonings of choice 
- Rinse chicken in water and dredge in seasoned flour. Fry in hot oil until cooked. 
Fried Quail
- Marinate in Buttermilk for at least 2 hours. 
- Dredge Quail Season Flour with seasonings of choice. 
- Fry on each side in Hot oil until cooked thru.
