Yield: 4-6 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Special Equipment: Large Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tsp paprika

  • 3 tsp onion powder

  • 3 tsp garlic & herb seasoning

  • 2 tsp complete seasoning

  • 2 tsp no-salt Tony’s seasoning

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 3–4 tbsp garlic & herb butter

Directions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat completely dry, and place in a large bowl. Add paprika, onion powder, garlic & herb seasoning, complete seasoning, and no-salt Tony’s. Toss until evenly coated.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt the garlic & herb butter, then add minced garlic and sauté about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes on the first side until pink and lightly golden, flip, and cook another 1–2 minutes until opaque and curled into a loose C.

  4. Spoon the garlic butter over the shrimp, remove from heat, and serve immediately over pasta.

Garnish: drizzle of olive oil and Parmesan cheese
