Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Special Equipment: Large Skillet
Ingredients
2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tsp paprika
3 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic & herb seasoning
2 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp no-salt Tony’s seasoning
2 tsp minced garlic
3–4 tbsp garlic & herb butter
Directions
Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat completely dry, and place in a large bowl. Add paprika, onion powder, garlic & herb seasoning, complete seasoning, and no-salt Tony’s. Toss until evenly coated.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt the garlic & herb butter, then add minced garlic and sauté about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes on the first side until pink and lightly golden, flip, and cook another 1–2 minutes until opaque and curled into a loose C.
Spoon the garlic butter over the shrimp, remove from heat, and serve immediately over pasta.
Garnish: drizzle of olive oil and Parmesan cheese
