Gluten-Free Pizza Snack

These crispy, cheesy gluten-free pizza snacks are made with rice paper instead of dough, giving you that satisfying pizza flavor without the gluten. They’re light, crunchy, and packed with pepperoni and melted cheese. Perfect for a quick bite or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • Rice paper

  • Pepperoni

  • Cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Chopped parsley

  • Pinch of salt

 

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Cut or layer the rice paper to your desired size and shape.

  3. Add cheese and pepperoni on top.

  4. Air fry at 400°F for 4–5 minutes until crispy and golden.

  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.

  6. Toss the cooked pizza snacks in the garlic butter mixture.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
