Ingredients
3 large eggs
Milk enough to reach 1½ cups total with the eggs
1 cup cubed ham
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of hot sauce optional
1 store bought pie crust, thawed if frozen
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F and place the pie crust in a pie dish if not already set.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add milk until the mixture measures 1½ cups. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a dash of hot sauce.
Stir in the ham, cheddar, Swiss, and green onions. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing
