Hot Chicken Pizza
Crispy hot chicken, melty mozzarella, dill pickles, hot honey, and creamy ranch come together on a golden pizza crust for the perfect combination of spicy, sweet, tangy, and cheesy.

Ingredients
1 ball pizza dough, store bought or homemade
1 tbsp olive oil or melted garlic butter
1½ cups shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp garlic butter or ranch
1½ cups crispy fried chicken bites or tenders, chopped
3 tbsp melted butter or hot fry oil
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ cup dill pickle slices, drained and dried
2 tbsp hot honey
2 tbsp ranch or comeback sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 475°F to 500°F. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12 inch circle.
Mix the melted butter, cayenne, brown sugar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss with the crispy chicken until evenly coated.
Brush the edge of the dough with olive oil or garlic butter. Spread a thin layer of garlic butter or ranch over the crust and top with mozzarella and hot chicken.
Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until the crust is golden and crisp and the cheese is bubbly.
Top with dill pickle slices, drizzle with hot honey and ranch or comeback sauce, then slice and serve.
