Italian cream soda
Fill a cup with ice
Add 2 oz of flavoring (I used sugar free raspberry)
1 sparkling water any size works (any carbonated water works)
Fill the cup up leaving room for 3 oz of half & half or heavy cream.
Top with whipped cream & sprinkles or garnish with fruit. The possibilities are endless!!
