Kit Kat Bars

A no-bake layered cracker dessert with a buttery graham filling and a smooth peanut butter chocolate topping that firms up in the fridge and slices clean.

Ingredients

  • Club crackers, enough to make 3 layers in a 9x13 pan

  • 2 sticks butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1½ cups chocolate chips

  • ⅔ cup peanut butter

 

Directions

  1. Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with a single layer of Club crackers.

  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, stirring constantly until smooth.

  3. Stir in crushed graham crackers and milk until fully combined.

  4. Pour half of the mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of crackers, spread the remaining mixture, then finish with a third layer of crackers.

  5. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth. Spread evenly over the top.

  6. Refrigerate about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
