½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 lemons zested; juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, grated
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup mozzarella pearls
2 tablespoons chopped grapes
2 tablespoons olives
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, black pepper, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and grated garlic. Whisk until smooth.
Add the chopped romaine, mozzarella pearls, grapes, and olives. Toss until well coated in the dressing.
Transfer to a serving bowl or platter. Top with additional freshly grated Parmesan and serve.
