Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons white vinegar
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic, black pepper, and white vinegar.
