Low-carb Bread for French Toast or Strawberry Shortcake

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 350°

  • Butter a loaf pan or use parchment (this way you can just lift it out)

  • 8 eggs

  • 4 tbsp butter (room temp)

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar substitute

  • A few dashes of cinnamon powder (to taste)

Make It

  • Blend all of this together with a blender. The smoother it is the better your bread will turn out.

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center bounces back

  • For the French toast simply fry it in butter and top how you’d like!
