Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana, very ripe and mashed until smooth and no clumps appear

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

    Optional Additions:

    • 1 cup of chocolate chips

    • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. In a bowl mix the banana until smooth and there are no clumps left. 

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. 

  4. It should thicken and turn into a ball of dough like consistency. If it’s runny, it’s fine as well. 

  5. Add a spoon full to a baking sheet lined cooking tray for every cookie. 

  6. Bake for ten minutes. 

  7. To make them perfectly round, take a cup while the cookies are still warm and swirl them around the glass to make perfect circular cookies. 

  8. Once done, allow to cool on a wired rack. 

    Serve and enjoy with your favorite kind of milk. Either it be cows milk or almond. Yum!
