No Bake Cookies
These classic no bake cookies come together in minutes with rich cocoa, creamy peanut butter, and quick oats. No oven required—just melt, mix, drop, and cool!

Ingredients
½ cup salted butter
½ cup whole milk
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup granulated sugar
¼cup cocoa powder
⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups instant or quick oats
Directions
Line cookie sheets with silicone baking mats or wax paper.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine butter, milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir frequently.
Gradually increase heat to medium, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a boil.
Let it boil for exactly 1 minute, then remove from heat and continue stirring for a few seconds.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and fully combined.
Add oats and stir until evenly coated in the chocolate mixture.
Drop by heaping tablespoons (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Let cookies cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
