No Bake Guava-Passion Fruit   Dessert

This retro sweet ending for a No Bake Guava-Passion Fruit  Dessert is quick was to end a day or start a picnic. Adapted from a 1970’s clipping which used frozen “pink Lemonade”, I swapped it for what I had handy.

No Bake Guava-Passion Fruit  Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 3 tbsp. margarine, melted

  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, chilled

  • 1 container (4-1/2 oz.) frozen whipped dessert topping, frozen 

  • 1 can (6 oz.) Frozen guava-Passion fruit concentrate. frozen

  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs or nuts for topping (optional)

  • Fresh orange slices or mint

Directions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. 

  2. Press crumbs into bottom of an 8x8"pan.

  3. Or use a premade graham cracker pie shell

  4. Thoroughly combine condensed milk, dessert topping and guava-orange concentrate 

  5. Pour mixture over the crumb

  6. Sprinkle ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

    Freeze at least 3 hours or Refrigerate overnight. (Freeze worked best!)

    Notes: once set, garnish with toppings of your choice or serve as is. 

    This recipe also works great with pink lemonade concentrate!

    Serves 4-6
