Never underestimate simplicity; Oven Baked Spaghetti Squash
A simple easy recipe that can be made w or w/o meat. It’s so versatile. Adaptable and seasonally good!
- Cut it in half. 
- Coat flesh sides with oil & seasoning of choice 
- Pop both halves upside down on a sheet pan in the oven at 350° 
- Cook for 30 mins. 
- Scrape the inside out with a fork into a bowl. 
- Top it how you like! 
- It’s a great lowcarb alternative to pasta
