Ingredients
Croissant Churro Crunch:
6–7 cups cubed croissant bread (or leftover croissant loaf)
3–4 tbsp melted butter
⅓ cup sugar
1–2 tsp cinnamon
Mascarpone Cheesecake Cream:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz mascarpone
½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Peach Layer:
4 cups peaches, cubed
3 tbsp butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract (or splash bourbon, optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
Toppings:
Store-bought caramel sauce
Candied pecans (store-bought)
Directions
Toss Cubes: Toss croissant cubes in melted butter.
Coat with Cinnamon Sugar: Mix sugar and cinnamon, then toss cubes until coated.
Air Fry: Cook at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.
Cool: Let cool completely so they crunch up.
Mascarpone Cheesecake Cream:
Beat Cream Cheese: Whip until smooth.
Add Remaining Ingredients: Mix in mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Optional Adjustment: If needed, loosen with 2–3 tbsp heavy cream until spreadable.
Peach Layer:
Melt Butter: In a skillet over medium heat.
Cook Peaches: Add peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon juice.
