Peach Cobbler Donut Holes
Soft, fluffy donut holes filled with peaches, topped with a sweet crumbly streusel, and finished with an optional glaze. These little bites taste just like peach cobbler in a fun handheld form

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup finely diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
Crumb Topping:
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Glaze:
½ cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Variations & Twists:
Add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom for depth.
Use peach preserves instead of fresh fruit.
Directions
Make the Crumb Topping: In a bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Set aside.
Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced peaches.
Form the Donut Holes: Scoop batter into greased mini muffin tins or roll into balls if air frying. Sprinkle crumb topping generously over each.
Bake or Air Fry: Oven: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden. Air Fryer: Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway.
Glaze (Optional): Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled donut holes or dip tops for a glossy finish.
