Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on the package)
½ stick butter, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Bake the Brownies: Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Bake and let cool slightly.
Make Peanut Butter Layer: In a medium bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
Make Chocolate Glaze: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
