Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on the package)

  • ½ stick butter, softened

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

 

Directions

  1. Bake the Brownies: Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Bake and let cool slightly.

  2. Make Peanut Butter Layer: In a medium bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.

  3. Make Chocolate Glaze: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  4. Finish and Chill: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer. Spread evenly and refrigerate until set.
