Peppermint Christmas Crack

Ingredients
12 full sheets graham crackers
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
½ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
Optional white chocolate drizzle flaky sea salt holiday sprinkles
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer, breaking as needed to fully cover the pan.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together. Bring to a boil and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick and glossy.
Immediately pour the hot toffee over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the toffee is bubbling across the surface.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the hot toffee. Let sit 2 to 3 minutes, then spread into a smooth layer.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the chocolate. Add white chocolate drizzle or flaky salt if using
Chill in the refrigerator 30 to 45 minutes until firm, then break into pieces.
Tips:
For clean breaks chill fully before snapping.
Use dark chocolate for a less sweet version.
