Pico de Gallo

 

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe haas avocados

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro

  • ½ shallot or red onion

  • ½ jalapeño diced .

  • 1 tomato diced

  • Flakey sea salt

 

Directions

  1. Mix together in a bowl for an easy Taco topping.
