Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

  • ½ cup milk (any kind: dairy, oat, almond, etc.)

  • 1–2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon homemade pumpkin spice (from your blend)

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds warmth)

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: whipped cream, cinnamon sprinkle, or drizzle of pumpkin syrup

Variations:

  • Sweeter: Use maple syrup or brown sugar instead of sugar.

  • Creamier: Use half & half or barista-style oat milk.

  • Stronger coffee flavor: Use cold brew instead of regular coffee.

Directions

  1. Brew and Cool the Coffee: Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature (or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes).

  2. Mix the Pumpkin Spice Base: In a glass or shaker jar, combine the sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract with the cooled coffee. Stir or shake well to dissolve and blend the spices.

  3. Add Milk and Ice: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the spiced coffee over the ice. Add milk and stir gently to combine.

  4. Top It Off:Add whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, or a drizzle of pumpkin syrup for a coffeehouse-style finish.
