Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee
A refreshing iced coffee flavored with cozy homemade pumpkin spice. Customize the sweetness, creaminess, and toppings to make it your own fall-inspired drink

Ingredients
1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
½ cup milk (any kind: dairy, oat, almond, etc.)
1–2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
¼ to ½ teaspoon homemade pumpkin spice (from your blend)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds warmth)
Ice cubes
Optional: whipped cream, cinnamon sprinkle, or drizzle of pumpkin syrup
Variations:
Sweeter: Use maple syrup or brown sugar instead of sugar.
Creamier: Use half & half or barista-style oat milk.
Stronger coffee flavor: Use cold brew instead of regular coffee.
Directions
Brew and Cool the Coffee: Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature (or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes).
Mix the Pumpkin Spice Base: In a glass or shaker jar, combine the sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract with the cooled coffee. Stir or shake well to dissolve and blend the spices.
Add Milk and Ice: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the spiced coffee over the ice. Add milk and stir gently to combine.
Top It Off:Add whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, or a drizzle of pumpkin syrup for a coffeehouse-style finish.
