Pumpkin Spice Latte
A cozy pumpkin spice drink you can make hot or iced using homemade pumpkin pie spice and a creamy pumpkin creamer. This recipe includes all three components so everything works together.

Ingredients
3 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground allspice
½ tsp ground cloves
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp homemade pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Coffee or cold brew
2 to 3 Tbsp homemade pumpkin creamer per 12 to 16 oz drink
Ice, for iced drinks
Directions
Mix the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves together to make the pumpkin pie spice. Store in a small airtight jar.
Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt to a small saucepan. Whisk over low heat until smooth and warmed through without boiling. Remove from the heat, cool completely, then refrigerate in a jar or bottle. Shake well before each use.
For a pumpkin spice latte, prepare your favorite hot coffee and stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of pumpkin creamer. For a pumpkin spice cold brew, fill a glass with ice and cold brew, then stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of pumpkin creamer. Adjust the amount to taste.
