Ranch House Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3–4 strips pre-cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sour cream, ranch dressing powder, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon.
Divide the mixture into six large meatballs.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place each meatball into the hot pan and use a piece of parchment paper and a spatula to smash it into a patty. Cook each patty for about 3 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
Serve on your favorite burger buns with toppings of your choice.
