Ranch House Burgers

Juicy, cheesy, and loaded with ranch flavor, these burgers are quick to prep and full of bold, savory goodness. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a laid-back weekend cookout.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 tablespoons sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing powder

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3–4 strips pre-cooked bacon, crumbled

 

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sour cream, ranch dressing powder, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon.

  2. Divide the mixture into six large meatballs.

  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place each meatball into the hot pan and use a piece of parchment paper and a spatula to smash it into a patty. Cook each patty for about 3 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

    Serve on your favorite burger buns with toppings of your choice.
