Sausage Thumbprint Snacks

I’m a big fan of these little snacks. Not only are they super simple - they use my favorite staples; ground pork, shredded cheese and Bisquick brand baking mix. So I thought it would be fun to share on my Thursday “Lunch With Frank” Live my version of Sausage Thumbprint Snacks. I call them this because they resemble those holiday classic “thumbprint” cookies except these are savory! I served them along with a simple skillet saute of vegetables with a soy-ginger dressing and a side dipping sauce.
