Sautéed Mushrooms
Earthy mushrooms sautéed in butter, garlic, and thyme for a savory, aromatic side dish that pairs perfectly with steak, pasta, or roasted veggies.
Yield: 2-3 servings (as a side dish)
Prep time: 5 minutes (for slicing mushrooms, mincing garlic, etc.)
Cook time: 5-6 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Sliced mushrooms (any variety you prefer)

- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with the olive oil.
- Add thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
