Ingredients
1 small green cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, shredded
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
⅓ cup white vinegar
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Combine Veggies: In a large glass bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, carrots, and thinly sliced red onion
