Steak & Mushroom Gravy Over White Rice 🥩

📖 Ingredients:

⭐️ 1 Package of 8oz Bella Mushrooms, Sliced

⭐️ 1/2 Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced

⭐️ 2 TBSPS Minced Garlic

⭐️ 2 TBSPS Beef Fond or Better Than Bouillon Beef

⭐️ 1.5 C. Milk

⭐️ 2 TBSPS All-Purpose Flour

⭐️ 1/2 LB Sliced Flank Steak

⭐️ Fresh Thyme

⭐️ Salt & White Pepper to Taste

⭐️ 1 Block of Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese

⭐️ 2 TBSPS Butter, Salted

⭐️ 2 TBSPS Olive Oil

📖 Recipe:

1. Prepare your vegetables and herbs. 

2. Melt down your butter and oil until browned. 

3. Add in your garlic, mushrooms, onions, some fresh time, beef bouillon/fond and a dash of white pepper. 

4. Cook for 20 minutes on low caramelizing the food. 

5. Slice your beef and season with salt and pepper generously. 

6. Once vegetables are done add in your meat and brown. 

7. Add in your flour and let cook for another 5-6 minutes to absorb the fats and cook out the flour taste. 

8. Add in the milk and sauté until thick. 

9. Add in the nourishing cheese and turn off the heat allowing it to just melt. 

10. Season to taste once melted. Add in fresh thyme. 

11. Serve and enjoy with a bed of white rice!Enjoy!
