Jalapeno Cilantro Mustard

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared dijon

  • 1/2 bunch blanched cilantro, patted dry

  • 1 tsp mustard powder

  • 1 tsp cold water

  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded

  • 1/2 tsp toasted ground cumin

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Pinch salt and pepper

 

Directions

  1. Combine mustard powder and cold water, and set to the side.

  2. Combine dijon, cumin, salt, pepper, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro in a food processor or in a bowl with an immersion blender. Process, add wet mustard powder, and process again.

  3. Store in fridge, lasts for about 1 month
