Thanksgiving Empanada inspired Monkey Bread

Tricia (SketchyChef) does it again with a new version of the classic “monkey bread” recipe

Thanksgiving Leftovers Crispy Tacos 

Ingredients

  • 3 tubes of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls 

  • Mascarpone Cheese 

  • Leftover cooked Sweet potatoes 

  • Cranberry Sauce 

  • Anise Seed 

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 stick of butter 

  • Brown Sugar 

Preparation

  1. Unroll crescents

  2. Sprinkle over each anise seeds and cinnamon , then alternate sweet potatoes , marscapone & cranberries onto each triangle.  

  3. Loosely roll each one up and place into greased Bundt pan with sliced Butter & 1/2 c brown sugar . 

  4. Repeat with all 3 tubes of crescent rolls. 

  5. Bake as directed, may take a little longer . 

  6. Make a simple glaze with 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar, vanilla & a tiny bit of water. 

  7. Once bread is cooked and cooled 10 min flip onto a plate, top with glaze.

  8. Keep it Sketchy & Enjoy
