Tuna Salad

Ingredients

• 4 hard boiled eggs

• 1 large packet of Tuna

• 1/2 diced red onion

• 1/2 lemon juice

• Zest of 1 lemon

• 1/3 cup Fresh Parsley

• 2 diced celery sticks

• Mustard of choice

• Mayo of choice

• Salt Pepper

Directions

1. In a large bowl

2. Add lemon juice, mustard , mayo , salt pepper, egg yolks and smooch together

3. Add diced egg whites , celery , onion

4. Add lemon zest and parsley

5. Mix everything together and put on fridge till ready to serve
