Ingredients
12 tsp liquid egg whites
1 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Pour 1 tsp of egg whites into each cup of a silicone muffin pan. (If not using silicone, grease your pan well!)
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over each one.
Bake for about 13 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy.
