Zero Carb Chips

Cook Time: 13 minutes
Special Equipment: deep fryer

 

Ingredients

  • 12 tsp liquid egg whites

  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Pour 1 tsp of egg whites into each cup of a silicone muffin pan. (If not using silicone, grease your pan well!)

  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over each one.

  4. Bake for about 13 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy.
