3. Clorox Puerto Rico Recalls 6.3 Million Multi-Purpose Cleaners
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued an expansive recall for millions of bottles of scented household cleaners due to potentially dangerous bacterial contamination.
Official Product Name / Brand Name: Scented Mistolin® Dilutable Cleaners and Lestoil® Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Cleaners (Clorox Manufacturing Company of Puerto Rico, Inc.)
Hazard / Reason for Recall: The recalled products may be contaminated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a bacteria widely found in soil and water.
Risk Level / Classification: High Risk for vulnerable populations. People with weakened immune systems or external medical devices exposed to this bacteria face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, through the eyes, or via breaks in the skin.

What Consumers Should Do Immediately
Audit Your Inventory: Healthcare providers and emergency responders must check their supplies for the recalled American Regent Epinephrine vials (Lots 25128L1C0, 25280L1C0, and 26108L1C0).
