Avocado/Guacamole Salsa

1 cup puréed avocado (store-bought, pure avocado with no additives)
¼ cup water
Juice of 2 whole limes
¼ white onion, roughly chopped
½ bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
Salt to taste
Directions
