Bean Stew with Pork Belly

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb of beef loin
2 cups of rice
1 lb of Canary beans
1 red onion
1 pepper
1 tomato
2 garlic cloves
1 pinch of salt
Directions
Boil the Rice
In a pot with water and salt, place the white rice and bring to a boil.
Boil the Beans
In a separate saucepan, wash and boil the beans until they are tender.
Sauté the Vegetables
In a preheated skillet, sauté the chopped onion, tomato, pepper, and garlic to small cubes, seasoning to taste.
Add the Beans
Add the beans to the sauté and cook, mixing for a couple of minutes.
Grill the Loin
Season the meat and grill it on both sides.
Combine and Serve
Add the loin to the beans and serve alongside a portion of white rice.
