Ingredients
15 oz box devil’s food cake mix
3.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix, dry
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs
3/4 cup warm water
2/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F and line two muffin pans with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl combine cake mix and dry pudding mix, then stir in chocolate chips.
Add eggs, water, oil, and vanilla and mix, then stir in sour cream just until combined.
Fill liners leaving about 1/4 inch from the top and bake 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before frosting.
