Kielbasa Sausage Cheesy Potato Bake
Layered potatoes, smoky kielbasa, and creamy cheese baked together until tender and bubbly. A simple, hearty casserole with rich flavor and a golden cheesy top.

Ingredients
1 lb kielbasa sausage
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Slice kielbasa into 1/4 inch rounds.
In a bowl mix sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Layer half of the potatoes in the dish, followed by half of the kielbasa and half of the cheese. Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the top.
Repeat with remaining potatoes, kielbasa, and cheese, then pour the remaining sauce over everything.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
