Ingredients
½ cup Meyer lemon infused olive oil or ½ cup good quality olive oil + 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp blueberry balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
