8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ stick butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2–3 tsp garlic powder

1 (8 oz) container grated Parmesan & Romano cheese
Optional instead: Use 1½–2 jars (15 oz each) of your favorite jarred Alfredo sauce. Heat and season to taste
1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6–8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Optional: Buffalo sauce and/or ranch drizzle
Optional garnish: Chopped green onions, parsley, or crushed spicy chips
Directions
Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese. Stir in grated Parmesan & Romano. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and cook over low-medium heat until smooth and velvety (about 10 minutes). Season with garlic powder, pepper, and salt to taste. Keep warm.
Make the Ranch Smear: Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and ranch seasoning in a bowl until smooth and spreadable.
Prepare the Buffalo Chicken Filling: In another bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and melted butter.
Assemble the Roll-Ups: Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13” baking dish. Spoon a thin layer of Alfredo sauce across the bottom. Lay noodles flat. Spread each with ranch smear, then top with buffalo chicken. Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Top and Bake: Spoon remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Finish and Serve: Top with bacon crumbles and green onions.
Optional: Drizzle with buffalo sauce or ranch. Garnish with parsley or crushed chips if desired.
