Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
1 cup cooked ham, cubed or sliced lunch meat pieces
1 ½ cups Swiss cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Make the Creamy Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Add Chicken and Ham: Stir in the bite-size chicken pieces and cubed or sliced ham until fully coated with sauce.
Assemble the Casserole: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Evenly sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
Prepare the Cracker Topping: In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and grated Parmesan until evenly coated. Sprinkle the mixture over the cheese layer.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the casserole is golden, bubbly, and the chicken is cooked through.
