Chicken Divan Casserole
A creamy chicken and broccoli casserole with a hint of lemon and curry, topped with melted cheddar and golden breadcrumbs for an easy comfort food dinner.

Ingredients
3 cups cooked boneless chicken chopped or shredded
1 can 10.5 oz cream of celery or cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
1 pound broccoli steamed until just tender
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, stir together the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper until smooth, then fold in the cooked chicken.
Spread the steamed broccoli evenly in the baking dish, top with the chicken mixture, then sprinkle with cheddar and breadcrumbs.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top, then rest a few minutes before serving.
