Chili’s Southwest Eggrolls Dollar Tree Style

A budget-friendly spin on Chili’s Southwest Eggrolls for a restaurant style bite on a dollar store budget using simple and affordable ingredients.

Ingredients

• 10 Wonton Wrappers

• 2 cans of Chicken

• 1 bottle Ranch Dressing

• 1 bottle Jalapeno Sauce

• 1 can Whole Kernel Corn

• 1 can Black Beans

• 1 jar Chile Lime Seasoning

• 1 bag Shredded Cheese

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine 2 cans of chicken, rinsed and drained black beans and corn, 2 tsp chile lime seasoning and about half the bag of cheese.

2. Seal the wrappers by making a paste with equal parts plain flour and water. Dab on one corner of the wrapper, stuff with filling and roll up.

3. Fry all your wrapped eggrolls in hot cooking oil until golden and crisp.

4. Mix equal parts ranch dressing and jalapeno sauce to make a sauce.

5. Slice each roll on a steep diagonal and serve.
