Crab Boil Crackers
Buttery low and slow baked crackers coated in a rich crab boil style butter sauce. Crispy savory and perfect for snacking or dipping.

Ingredients
1 box mini saltine crackers
1 stick salted butter, melted
½ cup neutral oil
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp no salt Tony Chachere cajun seasoning
½ freshly squeezed lemon
Directions
Melt butter and oil together in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in brown sugar and all seasonings. Simmer gently for 2 minutes, stirring to combine.
Place crackers in a large bowl with a tight fitting lid.
Pour butter mixture over crackers, cover, and shake until evenly coated.
Spread crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 250°F for 15 minutes, stir, then bake another 15 minutes.
Let cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
