Grillo’s Pickle Dip

A creamy, tangy pickle loaded dip with cheddar, bacon, and ranch seasoning. Cold, bold, and perfect with chips for game day or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Grillo’s pickles, diced

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 2–3 tbsp jalapeño pepper, very finely diced

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning

  • 1–2 tbsp pickle juice, to taste

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 3–4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

  • 2–3 dashes hot sauce

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until fully combined and evenly distributed.

  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors come together.

    Serve cold with chips.
