Grillo’s Pickle Dip
A creamy, tangy pickle loaded dip with cheddar, bacon, and ranch seasoning. Cold, bold, and perfect with chips for game day or snacking.

Ingredients
16 oz Grillo’s pickles, diced
3 green onions, chopped
2–3 tbsp jalapeño pepper, very finely diced
½ cup sour cream
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
1–2 tbsp pickle juice, to taste
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3–4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2–3 dashes hot sauce
Directions
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until fully combined and evenly distributed.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors come together.
Serve cold with chips.
