Chipotle Ranch Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 2–3 chipotle peppers in adobo (adjust to your spice level)

  • 1–2 tablespoons adobo sauce (from the can)

  • Juice of ½ medium lime

  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning or 1 packet

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust spice or lime as needed.

  4. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Sauce thickens slightly as it chills.
