Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup pickled jalapeños
1–2 tablespoons brine from the jalapeño jar (adjust for tanginess)
Juice of 1 small lime (about 1 tablespoon)
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (or 1 packet)
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Optional: 2–3 oz cream cheese, for a thicker dip-style sauce
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed—add more jalapeño brine for tang or more lime for brightness.
For a thicker dip-style texture, blend in 2 to 3 oz of cream cheese.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
