Jalapeño Ranch Sauce

This bold, creamy, and zesty jalapeño ranch is the perfect blend of cool and spicy, with a smooth ranch base infused with tangy pickled jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and a hint of lime. It’s incredibly versatile—use it as a dip for veggies and fries, a drizzle for tacos and burgers, or a dressing for salads and bowls. The balance of rich mayo, tangy sour cream, and bright jalapeño brine makes every bite packed with flavor. Whether you like a little heat or a lot, this sauce is a must-have for Tex-Mex lovers!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños

  • 1–2 tablespoons brine from the jalapeño jar (adjust for tanginess)

  • Juice of 1 small lime (about 1 tablespoon)

  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (or 1 packet)

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Optional: 2–3 oz cream cheese, for a thicker dip-style sauce

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed—add more jalapeño brine for tang or more lime for brightness.

  4. For a thicker dip-style texture, blend in 2 to 3 oz of cream cheese.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

    Serving Ideas:

Use as a dipping sauce for fries, wings, or veggies

Drizzle over tacos, nachos, or burgers

Thin it out with a splash of milk or buttermilk for a zesty salad dressing

Blend with cream cheese for a bold party dip or sandwich spread
