Crostini Recipe
Simple, crisp, and perfect for toppings or serving on their own.

Ingredients
1 baguette preferably day old, sliced into ½ inch thick slices
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1–2 cloves garlic, peeled
Sea salt or kosher salt
Directions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the Bread: Slice the baguette on a slight diagonal into ½-inch thick slices. arrange on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. sprinkle a small pinch of salt on each piece for added flavor.
Bake Until Golden: Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, flipping once halfway through. The slices should be crisp and lightly golden brown on the edges.
Add Garlic: While the crostini are still warm, rub each slice lightly with a cut garlic clove for a subtle garlic flavor.
Cool & Serve: Let them cool on a wire rack. Serve plain, or add your favorite toppings.
