Frozen Pink Sunset Spritz
A light and refreshing frozen cocktail made with Aperol, Pink Moscato, and seltzer water. Bright citrus, fruity floral notes, and a hint of bittersweet flavor make it perfect for warm summer evenings.

Ingredients
3 oz Aperol
6 oz Pink Moscato
1/2 cup plain seltzer water
2 cups ice
1 to 2 tsp simple syrup, optional
Orange Sugar:
1 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 to 2 oranges
Garnish:
Fresh orange slices or orange wheels
Directions
Make the orange sugar by rubbing the orange zest into the granulated sugar with your fingertips for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
Run an orange wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rims into the orange sugar.
Add the Aperol, Pink Moscato, ice, and optional simple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy. If it's too thick, add a splash of the seltzer water.
Pour into two chilled glasses, top each with a splash of seltzer water, and stir gently.
Garnish with a fresh orange slice or orange wheel and serve immediately.
