Hamburger Soup

A hearty and comforting soup that's loaded with ground beef, tender vegetables, and savory broth—perfect for a satisfying meal any night of the week.

 

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef: 1 pound

  • Onion: 1, chopped

  • Celery: 1 cup, chopped

  • Carrots: 2, diced

  • Russet Potatoes: 2 cups, cubed

  • Mixed Vegetables: 12 ounces

  • Beef Broth: 32 ounces

  • Diced Tomatoes: 14.5 ounces

  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tablespoon

  • Salt & Pepper: To taste

 

Directions

  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef and onions over medium-high heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

  2. Stir in celery, carrots, potatoes, mixed vegetables, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  3. Simmer 15 mins and serve.
