Hamburger Soup
A hearty and comforting soup that's loaded with ground beef, tender vegetables, and savory broth—perfect for a satisfying meal any night of the week.
Ingredients
Ground Beef: 1 pound
Onion: 1, chopped
Celery: 1 cup, chopped
Carrots: 2, diced
Russet Potatoes: 2 cups, cubed
Mixed Vegetables: 12 ounces
Beef Broth: 32 ounces
Diced Tomatoes: 14.5 ounces
Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tablespoon
Salt & Pepper: To taste
Directions
In a large pot, cook ground beef and onions over medium-high heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in celery, carrots, potatoes, mixed vegetables, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 15 mins and serve.
