Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp
Bold garlic, butter, and spice come together in this famous Hawaiian food truck style shrimp. Lightly coated shrimp are pan seared and finished in a rich garlic butter with a squeeze of lemon for a quick, flavor packed dish.

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
Juice from 1/4 lemon
Directions
Toss shrimp with cornstarch, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook shrimp about 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Add butter and minced garlic to the pan and stir until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Squeeze in the lemon juice, toss the shrimp in the garlic butter, and season with salt if needed.
